So, I will explain my SEO background and my approach to ranking websites.

My Background in SEO (It's Not What You Might Expect!)

20 years ago, when traveling around Australia, I became totally obsessed with fire juggling.

I got shown a few tricks by a fire performer and was instantly hooked.

This was the result:

Tim Marston Fire Breathing — (Yes, that is me, and yes, it was hot, smokey, and a bit scary!)

When I came home to the UK, I trained hard until I felt I was good enough to start charging money for my shows, and then I had a website built.

Once the site was live, I had an experience familiar to many business owners.

I realized I had no idea how to get customers actually to visit my amazing new website!

So I started to study SEO. I spent hours each day reading, watching videos, and researching keywords.

I then start applying all this knowledge to my website JugglingInferno.com (that’s me in the photo at the top, flapping my arms around trying to look impressive!)

To cut a long story short, I built a very successful fire and circus performance business using SEO.

I employed a team of freelance fire performers who were doing gigs for me all across the UK and even internationally.

Then when I had had enough of being on the road doing gigs every weekend, I sold the fire business for a nice little sum and moved into full-time SEO.

Since hanging up my fire juggling staff, I have worked full time in search engine optimization.
