Do I need to be technical to use AI?
No. If you can use email and a web browser, you can use the AI tools I recommend. I explain everything in plain English and set things up so they fit the way you already work.
What sort of tasks can AI help with?
Mostly repetitive computer-based work: drafting emails and documents, summarising long messages, sorting enquiries, tidying spreadsheets, preparing reports and turning rough notes into something polished. On our Zoom chat we look at your own tasks and pick the best places to start.
Is my data safe?
That depends on the tools and settings you use, which is why I take it seriously. I explain what each tool does with your information, help you choose suitable plans and settings, and suggest keeping sensitive details out of AI tools where it makes sense.
Will AI replace my staff?
That is not the aim. Used well, AI takes the dull, repetitive parts of a job off people’s plates, so they can focus on customers, quality and the work that needs a human touch. The goal is a team that gets more done, with less time lost to routine tasks.
How does the Zoom chat work?
We pick a time that suits you and talk over Zoom. You tell me how you and your team work, and I walk you through some options, often with live examples on screen. There is no obligation and no hard sell.
What AI tools do you use?
I use and recommend a range of tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Grok, plus automation tools that connect them to your email, documents and other systems. The right mix depends on your business and the software you already use.
Things change so fast. How do I keep up?
You do not need to keep up with everything. I follow the changes closely as part of my own work and can point you to what matters for your business. An occasional catch-up is usually enough to stay on top of the useful new features.
